Karma Automotive announced that Greg Tarr had joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer. In the role he reported directly to Karma CEO Dr Lance Zhou, providing strategic direction across corporate growth, partnerships and the company's expanding open-platform business.

Karma, headquartered in Irvine, California, builds ultra-luxury electric vehicles and licenses its electrification platform and engineering services to other manufacturers, a model that puts corporate strategy, capital and partnership design at the centre of the business.

"Operators who have carried real P&L responsibility inside hard industries make better investors; they have already lived the problems founders are about to hit."

That operating history is exactly what Greg brings to the Forty.5 platform: automotive, mobility and deep-tech experience at the intersection of strategy, capital and industrial execution.
